HANDS DOWN THE BEST BURGER PLACE IN TOWN - got the bacon cheeseburger and gamed my pain away. 10/10 will again

This business replaced herfy burgers at lake wood town center. The menu still maintains some of the favorite items that herfy had. I loved the Cajun Burger from Herfy's so I tried that as a comparison between the two. The burger was prepared well, it's not as good as the one herfy burgers did but still a good burger. Fries served with a side of fry sauce were great. The service was friendly and prompt, they don't have a sign up above the restaurant yet but the door has a logo on it and the inside is decorated with video game themed art work. Over all I'm sad to see herfy burger go but this spot is still a good place for lunch. I ordered a small fry, a burger, and a bottle of water which came to about 16$ with tip

Under new management/ownership.....Was told that they kept the patties and the sauce from the previous owners but everything else is the same, Looked on Yelp seen Level Up burgers and decided to give them a try.... Upon entering and asking I realized it was Herfys.... However I will give them credit the video game concept they thought up is pretty cool, you can play old video games while you wait/eat...... with any new establishment there will be growing pains....I personally think the patties are lacking seasoning, just a matter of opinion... give em a try...

Service was absolutely fabulous. The ambience was fun and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend. A little pricey, but what isn't. I feel their food is about the same price as Burger King. Maybe even a little less for better quality of food I will be going back.

We got two burgers and chicken sandwich, all came out quick and hot. I personally had the spicy Chicken sandwich which lives up to its name has a really nice spicy kick with good quality chicken in the paty. Fry sauce is also some of the best I've ever had. Don't be afraid to play some Mario while you're waiting aswell!

I don't even know where to start. I'm sorry, but this was bad. Like... Gordon Ramsey comes into your restaurant to see what the heck is going on bad. Fries INCREDIBLY over seasoned. I tried one on the way home and it was so so so so over seasoned, I couldn't believe it. I had to cleanse my mouth of the taste.

Burger was so underwhelming. The patty looked like it came from a Costco package AT BEST. Cheap bun. Nothing original about the food.

Service was great, the theme of the place was cool, but the food was so bad. Sorry guys.

This Herfys has changed to a Level Up Burgers. Now hear me out, they've kept the fry sauce and some burgers. However, they've changed out their fries. They're regular, which quick to get soggy. They've cut down on the menu, no more wraps. Still got handful of milkshakes and burgers though. New decor, arcade style. They're working on installing some TV's at the dining table for guests to play n eat! Really friendly people took it in early October.

Very satisfying burger for the price! I got the California Burger and Onion Rings. Easy to order in the yelp app (processed thru Grubhub) and it was hot and ready for pickup when I arrived.

Burger: Not smooshed. Good size. Tons of avocado which I LOVE. Bacon was buried in there somewhere but doesn't overpower the rest of the ingredients. Veggies not wilted. It's a yellow bun! I have been hard pressed to find a place that still uses yellow buns.

Onion rings: battered and fried amazing flavor bombs. I especially appreciate that the onion itself breaks when you bite into the ring, vs those where one bite pulls out the whole onion and you're left with breading. Comes with fry sauce, yum!

My experience left me extremely dissatisfied. The level of service, particularly from the owner was abysmal. I was met with an unwelcoming atmosphere, the owner was behind the counter didnt bother to acknowledge my presence or greet me with a simple "hello". Lack of courtesy. When I politely requested some extra sauce for my order, her reaction was nothing short of appalling even though I'm willing to pay extra for the sauce. Her face looked like I'm annoying her. Very unfriendly service, unresponsive staff, and an unapproachable owner, lack of professionalism. This had happened multiple times, will not come back here again. Don't recommend!

I look forward to the bacon cheese burger every time I have it. It is a treat worth the calories!
