The staffing has been consistent, unlike most places with constant turn over. Having an RN and a CNA as resident owners has proven to be very beneficial.

We had come from poorly managed and neglectful situations so finding Joan and her home was like finding an oasis in the desert. Her care team was present, thoughtful and well trained. They were able to handle any needs my patient had and were able to take over care completely within a week of my patients admittance. The care staff to resident ratio was 2 people per resident so my patient was emotionally and physically supported at all times. Joan prepared wonderful home cooked food, engages actively with residents, the care staff collectively is always taking care of residents and helping them feel loved and cared for. The fact that Joan’s family is involved makes the environment so loving as well. She and her family and staff want to share the love they feel with everyone is lives there as well as friends and family. I will be recommending this adult family home to future patients in need of full time care. Services highly recommended.

Mission
My mission, as a registered nurse and Founder of Elite Homes for Senior Living, is to go above and beyond meeting personal care needs and to bring more joy into every one of our senior’s lives. Our goal is to provide guidance and support to seniors by customizing meaningful activities that benefit both mind and body as well reduce a sense of isolation, improve daily physical and cognitive functions. We also provide support for tasks such as: medication management, glucose checks, wound care for chronic and pressure ulcers, ongoing observation of protocol, foley catheter, stormy care, pain management and fall prevention skills.
We do partner with other disciplines and patients/families in the provision of healthcare to help educate and manage substance abuse, chronic or terminal conditions, and memory loss problems without judgement. I have devoted myself to employing the best practices in nursing care to manage and help ease the suffering of those with chronic medical conditions.
